Some tips for your poster presentation:
Make sure ideas flow logically from one section to the next.
Use high-quality images, charts, and graphs to illustrate key points (avoid large raw data tables).
Do not use all capital letters.
Keep the text concise and avoid overcrowding your poster with too much information.
Focus on presenting the most important findings of your research.
The poster number will be provided to the presenter after the abstract has been processed.
The posters should be put up right after registration on Day 1 of the conference to ensure smooth judging and viewing. Note: Poster board and velcro will be provided.
Poster presenters should be MINDFUL of the judging sessions and BE PRESENT; kindly refer to the tentative program in the Abstract Book.
